Forest Dweller Salt Soak

Description

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of forest bathing, this bath acts as a deep restorative for the mind and body.

Directions: Full bath – sprinkle roughly ¼ – ½ cup of the elixir into a warm bath and sink into deep relaxation.  Foot bath – 2 Tbsp.

 Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Spirulina Powder, Local Dried Cedar and Rosemary, Orange Essential Oil, Cypress Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Cedar Essential Oil.
